Talent was admired by all, so there was no opposition. His ability to win medals and achieve success was evident in his accomplishments. He spends more than half of his day doing karate, kicking, etc.
During his third year, his trainer Sansei Kamlesh Battham noticed his talent when he took him to the karate championship. His coach was surprised by his way of playing and this match made him realize Neel’s talent. In the family, it was his father who encouraged Neel the most.
The main thing that motivates him the most is Olympic gold. He is passionate about Olympic gold. In response to anyone asking him what he wants to do or what his dream is, he always replies “Olympic Gold”. He always wanted to serve. His life purpose is to make India the No.1 in sport, become an IPS officer and serve the nation. He participated in many tournaments at only 17 years old. He is currently Blackbelt and has won numerous championships including:
- 7th NATIONAL KOHSHI-KAI E-KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP=. Gold
- 1st ALL-INDIA SHITO-RYU KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP =. gold, bronze

Keeping the two things in balance is quite difficult, but he did it very well. During his tournament, he did not think about studies; he focused fully on the tournament, and during his exams he did not think about karate. He succeeds by balancing and achieving equilibrium.
He has a perfect plan. The first thing he wants to accomplish is to win matches like Khelo India, Khel Mahakumbh. He also wants to gain experience by competing in international tournaments, then competing in the Asian Games, the Commonwealth Games and finally winning Olympic gold. He must travel so far. Whenever someone likes him, he says he still has a long way to go.
