Gilberto “Zurdo” Ramirez, a former undefeated former World Boxing Organization (WBO) super middleweight champion and current light heavyweight world ranking contender, is a senior member of the 3PM group, which officially opened the 6,000 square feet, at the cutting edge of technology. Brickhouse Boxing Club to the public on May 31st.
Ramirez (41-0, 27 KOs) trained at the Brickhouse Boxing Club for his 12-round July 9 main fight against former world light heavyweight challenger Sullivan Barrera (22-3, 14 KOs).
Zurdo vs Barrera, presented by Golden Boy Promotions, will air exclusively on DAZN, live from Banc of California Stadium, home of Los Angeles Football Club (professional football), located in downtown Los Angeles. Located in North Hollywood (1116 Weddington St. / 818.821.3355), the main members and coaches of the Brickhouse Boxing Club include “Zurdo” Ramirez, four-time world champion Brian Viloria, Ramirez head coach Julian Chua and the strength and conditioning trainer Chris Wong.
